Info for Saturday's Meet vs Castle Hills Forest
Hi Stallion families,
Our last dual meet is this Saturday against the Castle Hills Forest Eels. **See attachments for Heat Sheets.

6:45: Swimmer Check In
07:15 – 07:45: Churchill Estates Stallions warm-up
07:40: Timers Meeting, poolside
07:45: Stroke & Turn Judges Meeting, poolside
07:57: National Anthem
08:00: Meet starts!

Parking: When you enter the Castle Hills Forest neighborhood, you will find our recreation center and pool just past the first stop sign off George Rd. Limited visitor parking will be available immediately Southwest of the pool. Additional parking is allowed along George Rd.
Visiting Team Area: Your team area will be under the far right cabana as soon as you enter the pool area (near the diving well) and the sun deck on the Northeast side of the pool. Feel free to bring shade structures and chairs for the team. They can be set up near the diving well. Parents may set up camp outside of the pool area as space is tight inside the pool area.
Concessions: We will have a well-stocked concession stand with a wide variety of snacks and beverages including: breakfast tacos, donuts, fresh fruit, water, sodas, sports drinks, and other snacks. Please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks as well. Cash and/or Venmo is accepted. Free bottled water will be available for all volunteers.
What to bring:
- Team or black bathing suit, team swim cap, goggles
- Chairs, shade, snacks, water
- Whatever else you need to be comfortable and keep your kids occupied when they're not swimming/getting ready.
- Sharpie - please write your swimmer's name on their right upper arm. This will help our Ready Bench volunteers identify everyone. Mark your swimmer’s event/ heat/ lane on their forearm or upper thigh with a Sharpie so your swimmer(s) can keep track of their events and the Ready Bench Parents can easily locate where your swimmer needs to be. You will find this information on the Heat Sheet attached to this email.
Volunteers:
- All Parents: Please check in with Courtney Stoops when you arrive so she can account for everyone and fill in any remaining volunteer spots. This also lets Coach know that everyone is here.
Other items of note
- The following events will be combined:
9+10; 19+20; 31+32+34; 35H2+36; 39+40+41; 49+50; 53+55; 59+60+61; 71+72 - If you are no longer able to attend the meet, including on Saturday morning, please message on Remind so Coach can make last minute adjustments. This is especially important if your swimmer is in a relay.
