Here is the information you need for Saturday’s swim meet at Inwood Hollow:

Gate Access

The gates open beginning at 6:00 AM and remain open until 1:00 PM.

Parking

Parking is limited. The parking lot entrance closest to the pool will be blocked off. Parking is available along the interior streets adjacent to the pool area. Parking on Grants Lake is not allowed on the West side of the street. Please be good to our neighbors and do not block driveways.

Important times

6:50 – Swimmer Check-In

7:15 – 7:45 AM – Churchill Estates warm-up

7:40 AM – Timers Meeting

7:45 AM – Stroke/Turn Judges Meeting

7:57 AM – National Anthem

8:00 AM – Meet start

Concessions

They will have a well-stocked and staffed concession stand with a wide variety of snacks and beverages including breakfast tacos, chicken biscuits, donuts and muffins - along with the usual water, sodas, sports drinks, and other snacks. Please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks as well.

Other items of note

• All Parents: Please check it with Robin Klusmann when you arrive so she can account for everyone and fill in any remaining volunteer spots. This also lets Coach know that everyone is here!
• If you are no longer able to attend the meet, including on Saturday morning, please message us on Remind so Coach can make last minute adjustments. This is especially important if your swimmer is in a relay.
• Please respond in Swimtopia yes or no to the next meet.
• Download the Swimtopia App to keep up with the meet in "real time".
• Save the Date: End of Season Party is 7/1 5:30-8:00 p.m.
