Swim Team starts in one week! As of today we have 51 swimmers registered.  Still unsure? Come to the pool next week to check us out!

This email is chock full of answers to questions we’ve been hearing:

Dates

• May 1st: Practice starts
  Ages 5-7 5:00-5:30 p.m. Ages 8-10 5:30-6:15 p.m. Ages 11 & up: 6:15-7:15 p.m.
  Please arrive 15 minutes early for dry land warm ups.

• May 20th: Individual and Team Photos, Parents Meeting, and Mock Meet
  Exact time TBD but likely last name A-K - 4:00 p.m., L- Z - 4:30 p.m.
  Team photo will be taken promptly at 5:00 p.m. Parents meeting will be while the team photo is getting assembled. Mock meet to follow.
  
• June 1, 8, 15, 22 Swim Meets
• June 3rd: Morning practices begin
• June 30th: League Championship Meeting
• July 1st: Team Party & Award Ceremony

Swim Suits

Team Suits can be ordered directly from Swim Freak via this link. You can also go to Swim Freak on Thousand Oaks to get fitted since competition sizing is different from everyday suits. If you order by 5/1 you should have them for team pictures.

Team Suits are not a requirement. Any solid black one piece (girls) or black jammers (boys) is acceptable.

T-shirts & Swim Caps

Register by 5/1 to guarantee your t-shirt size. You will receive these on or before team picture day.

Volunteers

Your child can still swim even if they cannot attend all of the meets. We expect parents to volunteer for the meets you do attend.
